Damaged Product

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package
After verification, a replacement may be issued.
Incorrect Product
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours.
Returns
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, opened products cannot be returned.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products
- Lost shipments confirmed by the courier
